Session Approach
The Experience
Family sessions are a balance. We’ll always start by capturing a few of those classic images, everyone together, looking at the camera, smiling. Those matter, and I’ll make sure you have them.
After that, we let things unfold a little more naturally.
Kids don’t operate on a strict timeline, and that’s okay. This is a new environment for them, so there’s often a moment of curiosity, movement, or even a little hesitation. Instead of forcing it, we work with it. We let them explore, play, and settle in at their own pace.
Over the years, and especially after becoming a parent myself, I’ve developed a deeper understanding of how to connect with children in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them. I know when to guide, when to redirect, and when to simply step back and let things be.
The result is a session that feels easy, flexible, and genuinely enjoyable for everyone involved.

I’ll guide you when needed, while also leaving space for connection to unfold naturally, the way your child reaches for you, the way you laugh together, the small in-between moments you don’t always notice in real time.
